Meet Our Attorneys
1. Daniel Harshburg
Daniel Harshburg has always had a passion for the law. Born into a legal family going back 3 generations, with both his father grandmother both begin lawyers, during their time. Daniel was therefore not only introduced into the ways of the legal world at an early age, he also consequently developed a passion for it quite early on.
It is perhaps no wonder that Daniel would go on to do his undergraduate studies in law at California State University, Fresno, as well as studying at Stanford Law School for his Post Graduate studies.
Since passing his exams and being called to the State Bar of California in 2008, Daniel has worked for several law firms in various capacities, such as para-legal and junior associate. He joined the law firm of Personal Injury Attorney Thousand Oaks as a junior associate in 2013 and quickly rose to the position of Senior Associate.
From his humble beginnings at our law firm, he now heads up our Product Liability, Slip and Fall and Dog Bite cases. While of course receiving the necessary support as needed from the other senior partners.
2. Jorge Hernandez
Attorney Jorge Hernandez is a founding partner at the law firm of Personal Injury Attorney Thousand Oaks. A native of California, Jorge, began practicing as an attorney in the state of California over 25 years ago, after graduating from the university of California at Berkeley, obtaining a B.A with honors in criminology. he would then go on to graduate from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in the year 1985.
After graduating law school, Jorge worked a few odd jobs. It was at his last job that he met and became friends with his would-be fellow co-founder of Personal Injury Attorney Thousand Oaks, Michelle. After saving up enough money, both partners finally made their dream of owning their own law firm come true.
3. Michelle Williams
Michelle Williams was born and raised in Dallas Texas and spent most of her childhood and young adulthood there. Including her formative law years, where she would obtain her LLB and LLM from Texas A&M University and University of Texas School of Law respectively.
